Caryn began her mind-body journey over 40 years ago as a dance therapist, massage therapist, educator, and fitness professional. She has studied numerous movement styles always trying to find innovative ways to help her students. In 2020, Caryn finished her 500 CYT program with Brett Larkin.
In addition to yoga classes, Caryn began to teach Aqua Yoga, taking the principals of yoga to the aquatic environment allowing more access for people to experience yoga.
Caryn’s classes are a combination of mindful movements to stretch and strengthen the physical body while nourishing the rest and the relaxation response.
Her engaging teaching style allows each student to explore their own movements while increasing body awareness.
